It has fully stocked kitchen which is perfect for the chef in the family. There are beautiful finishes, built-ins and a big dining table, perfect for parties. All of this is in a complex with 4 heated pools and 4 spas just a few steps away from your door. Beautiful mountain views abound from the expansive veranda which also serves as an outside living & dining area. The patio has its own spiral staircase that leads directly down to the pools and hot tubs. The complex has lush grounds that have been professionally designed and landscaped. The association members are welcoming to renters and host monthly social hours/activities for you to enjoy while basking in the desert sunshine. To top it off, there is free in-condo laundry and a covered parking spot in the gated and secure lot right under your unit.. Location was perfect for us. The complex is nicely maintained and landscaped with nice pools and hot tubs. All the neighbors were nice. The hosts were great to deal with and communicated promptly whenever a need arose. We had a peaceful and quiet time here with our family of four.

This is a really nice condo. Clean, quiet, well-supplied, and it's a great neighborhood. A ten minute walk to downtown, but far enough to not have the noise and crowds. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and very comfortable. The host is very responsive. I had an issue with the clothes washer (machines do break down, after all), and the host promptly got it repaired. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
