Back inside Mesquite Mystique, discover pleasantly decorated living quarters shrouded in sunshine. The open living room presents a comfortable space to sit and stream your favorite shows. The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its full suite of appliances, dishwasher, and plentiful meal prep space.

Old-school charm oozes from both of the condo's bedrooms, paired with soft linens and central air ensuring your satisfaction. A private washer/dryer rounds out the excellent list of interior perks. As another day in paradise comes to an end, head for the private patio or balcony where you can cheer to the perfect vacation booked!

We loved the facility, location, the patio and pool. There was great access to wonderful walking trails. Our only complaint was that the second bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Would return especially if bed was updated! Loved the condo!

The location and views were perfect. It was next to a preserve which we walked daily.Check in process - combination to get into development was not functional. We got through the gate when someone else came in. Once at the unit, the comb. lock didn’t work and had to call management co. They gave us the comb for the lock box , got the key and finally got in! We loved our time there, but the unit could use some sprucing up and master bath repairs. We are staying there next year.

Service by Vacasa was excellent. Condo very dated, Bed linens didn't fit, living room television needed directions for use, lots of kitchen dishes and pots and pans. No sharp knives or cast iron. Pool and hot tub great. Pool

The property was fine, though dated. The unit had a noticeable mildew smell upon arrival, which dissipated over the first day or so, likely due to infrequent use. The main issue we had was that the property's gate code had been disabled. When we contacted the property manager's 24/7 customer service line, we were directed to voicemail. We called several times and left several messages, but received no response. We ended up having to park ¼ to a ½ mile away and walk to the unit through a back entrance. This was fine for me, but problematic for my 86-year-old father with poor eyesight, especially at night. The owner's number put us in touch with their brother, who had no idea why his number had been provided and had no way to assist us. He also declined to contact the owner on our behalf. The pool was very nice, and the neighbors were very friendly. The unit is very quiet. The beds had a thick plastic mattress pad that was hot and made noise, so we removed them for our stay.

We liked the property and had a good time. Some negatives. Some blankets did not smell good. There were too many dishes and utensils.One of the stove burners is out.
