Newly renovated and upgraded - low introductory rates. Free Shuttle to parks and shopping. Accommodates up to 8 people. Free parking, pool, barbecue, gym, EV charger, onsite shop/restaurant. Universal/Disney World 14-20 min. Outlet malls and general shopping 7-15 min. Airport 15 min. Convention Centre 9 min. Our Sea World Orlando Apartments are in a fantastic location just off International Drive, in a quiet, secluded, and safe gated condominium. Close to parks, shopping, and restaurants, which are spread along International Drive. This is a ground floor unit for simple and easy access. There is a 24 hour front desk, as well as on site restaurant and bar open from 3pm. You can order meals to be delivered to the apartment, or use the newly refurbished full kitchen to cook your own - Whole Foods is just 12 mins drive, Trader Joe's 15 mins, Publix Supermarket 5 mins, Walmart 10 mins, Tesla Supercharger 4 mins, LA Fitness 14 mins, Premium Outlet Mall 9 mins, Orlando Airport 15 mins, Downtown Orlando 20 mins, Celebration 20 mins. Free shuttle bus available from front gate to parks and shopping. The closest parks are Sea World, just 5 mins drive, and right next door are Aquatica Water Park and Discovery Cove - enjoy their rides, pools, beaches and swimming with dolphins. Volcano Bay/Universal 14 mins. Disney World 20 mins. Swimming pool and hot tub open from early until late. On site gym, barbecue areas throughout the grounds. Kids playground close to the pool area. Bedroom 1 has King size bed, smart TV, closet with wall safe, and ensuite bathroom with full bath/shower and hair dryer. Bedroom 2 has two full sized beds, smart TV, closet, iron + ironing board, pool toys, and bathroom with full bath/shower, hair dryer. Living room has full sized sofa bed, smart TV for Netflix/Apple etc. Full kitchen with full sized fridge, electric cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, all cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates/cups/cutlery, dishwasher, waffle machine, sandwich maker, barbecue utensils. Dining area for 6-8 people. Outside terrace area leading into the gardens and barbecue area. Located in front of pool, hot tub and kids play area. Free parking directly outside the unit, park in any empty space. There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor with washer and dryer. Take the elevator to 3rd floor, laundry room is the first door on left side. There is a trash room on the ground floor just past the elevator on the left side. Room cleaning is available on a daily basis as an additional paid option. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment available that accommodates up to 4 people, which is also newly renovated - contact us for details. Closest beach - Aquatica and Discovery Cove, just 5 mins drive, with beaches and huge pool areas. Real ocean beaches in Tampa/Clearwater 50 mins to 1.5 hrs drive, depending on traffic. Sarasota beaches 1.5 to 2 hrs drive depending on traffic. Cocao Beach, on the Atlantic coast, is 50 mins to 1 hr depending on traffic. This a fantastic location close to all your needs in Orlando. For nice restaurants and older parts of town consider a drive to Winter Park or Winter Garden just 30 mins. Keys to the unit will be provided at the front desk. As well as a parking permit. Full access to the whole apartment, pool, hot tub, exercise room, laundry room, barbecue areas. This condominium also operates as a hotel, which provides access to the hotel amenities, and the front desk is open 24 hours, and available for issues in the apartment that need immediate attention. Please call reception by dialing 0 from the phone in the apartment. Staff are on hand to resolve any issues. Gated condominium, 5 minutes from Sea World, restaurants and shops. Centrally located in a safe, clean, and quiet part of International Drive. There is a free shuttle bus that leaves from the front gate to the parks and shopping centres. But best way to get around Orlando is by car. If you need to accommodate more people we also have a 1 bedroom, newly refurbished, available in the same condominium, for up to 4 people. As well as additional affiliate 1 and 2 bedroom units in the same condo. Please contact us for details. Host was extremely welcoming. The condo was very clean and contemporary. The Calypso Grill (the nearby restaurant) was fantastic food and drinks. Great area! Would definitely recommend.
