The property is very spacious and very convenient to the Orange County Convention Center. There is a lot of wear and tear, like missing and broken cabinets. That said, it was priced right, and the location is great.

This location was very close to both Disney and Universal parks! It was very spacious and clean. Very nice to have a full kitchen for my family.

Perfect Location & Amenities

We came for cheer competition at the OCCC. Its location was perfect. It was spacious, clean and we could not have been more pleased! We had a great location to Universal, disney springs, many shops and delicious restaurants. The property grounds are gorgeous with lots if wild life. The pool was wonderful and clean. We will be staying here again!

Very nice apartment

Everything was fine but the AC. It was a little warm and the only fan was in the balcony. I think if a fan is installed on every room and living room then the stay would have been perfect.

Our family had a awesome experience at this condo. The place was clean, spacious and exactly as described. The lister was also very responsive and accommodating. I hope to stay at the same place when I return next year.

Great Location

The location worked out great for us. Close to resort pool, walking distance to Publix, short drive to aquatic center. The property needs some maintenance on 2nd king bed, additional linens, and the washer and dishwasher fixing. The check in process was easy and messages with the host were answered promptly during our stay.

Short Stay

We were in town for a very short stay. This condo was ideal. Clean and safe with great parking. Plenty of space for the three adults that stayed. Everything worked well. Only issue was there was not an iron and there were no wash cloths. Otherwise it was an outstanding condo in a great location so close to everything.
