Our first visit to St Augustine, and we wanted walking distance to the center of the older part of the city. This location is perfect for that. There was a brewery close by for a great neighborhood feel in Lincolnville. Nice quiet location, with very comfortable beds. The rental is exactly as pictured in the posting. Owners responded with questions and check in was easy.

The building is very convenient to old town. It was exceptionally clean and we could tell that there were recent improvements. And we really liked the homey touches such as the wall hangings, canisters in kitchen and shelf in the bathroom. There was plenty of off street parking for 5 or 6 cars.

This place was a lovely location and close proximity to all things St. Augustine. It was lovely knowing that neighbors minded their business and never had an issue with sound proofing. I recommend to anyone looking for a getaway. Such a beautiful area to walk around.
