With 2 cozy bedrooms featuring a king and queen bed, along with 2 Full bathrooms, this home is perfect for up to a group of 5 guests. There is a flex room with a daybed for the 5th guest. The location is wonderful - peaceful and surrounded by nature yet it's a short drive to the village of Leiper's Fork (4 miles), Southhall Farms (2 miles), Leiper's Distillery (3 miles, Main Street Franklin (6 miles) and if you want to venture into Nashville, Broadway is 27 miles away.

Check out instructions listed on the bulletin board in house. Placed used towels in the tub or on washer.

The driveway has drainage ditches to the left and right; where it meets the county road. If you are careful and slow when pulling in and out you will have no problem.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You are responsible for any damage to the property caused by you or visitors during stay. Responsible person must be on location and age over 25.
Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit is required at check-in and will be used for damages.
If exterior security cameras indicate you bring an undisclosed pet, $100 per day will be added to your fees. We appreciate your honesty.
