The Space:

Step inside this spacious, open-concept retreat set in a peaceful rural setting just minutes from downtown Bentonville. Surrounded by the 40-acre Sun Painted Farm, the home offers a rare combination of countryside views and convenient access to the city. Inside, the kitchen, dining, and living areas come together beneath vaulted deep green ceilings. A slate-encased electric fireplace creates a cozy gathering space, while floor-to-ceiling French doors and large bay windows bring in natural light and showcase the valley views.



The four bedrooms are spread across opposite ends of the home, giving groups plenty of room to relax. The primary suite features a king bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, a dedicated desk workspace, and access to a shared bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms each feature a queen bed with a full bathroom nearby.



Outside, enjoy a large farm-style dining table, string lights, propane grill, and firepit. Bikers have access to secure bike storage in the root cellar and a bike wash station beside the house. Please note that the root cellar may become wet during heavy rain.



The spacious layout, dedicated workspace, and well-equipped kitchen also make the home a great option for longer stays, work trips, and corporate or crew housing.



Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with a unique door code via scheduled messages. Use door code on the front door for entry.

All roads to and from The Guesthouse are easily drivable and also highly connected for both street and offroad biking.

-All visitors must be off the property by quiet hours, 10 pm to 7 am.

-Unbagged trash will result in an additional fee.
