Lock the doors
Please do not put our towels and bed linens in the washer. Our cleaning team will handle this for you.
Please clean the BBQ grill if you have used it.
Please make sure all TV remotes are left in the rooms they belong. Double check you didn't leave behind any personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests beyond the ones listed in the reservation. Please ask permission if you intend on having visitors.
Outdoor quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM to respect our neighbors.
If you stay past your check-out time without prior communication and approval there is a fee of $80 per hour to reschedule the cleaners.
