Welcome to Casa Blanca, a brand new 3 Bedroom & 3.5 bath home, centrally located 5 minutes from downtown, Montrose, & the Heights. This 2 story home has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, full sized washer/dryer, private outdoor space, & a dedicated workspace to feel like your home away from home! The Primary bedroom has a plush king bed, walk-in shower, large tub, & dual sinks. Two other bedrooms have full sized beds & en-suite bathrooms. The home has a 2 car garage.
