Yet, centrally located to everything in Monroe, offering access to downtown Monroe business and most local wedding venues, i.e., The Factory at Walton Mill, 9 Oaks Farm, Heartland Farm Events Center, The Engine Room, Sparrow Grove Manor, 2425 Warehouse, The Towers at Snows Mill, and The University of Georgia Stadium is 20 minutes away. Go Dawgs! Very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend getaway or travel stay
The house accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring a full-size bed, a twin bed, and a futon. You can ask about Lockout, which provides an additional room for more guests if needed.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

If you have more than 5 guest you will have a fee for the additional guests

Please put all dishes and supplies back where you found them. Make sure dishes are washed and stored in the cabinets etc.

Place all used towels, washcloths, hand towels, pillowcases, sheets, and kitchen towels in the laundry basket and inside the laundry room.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I love this little house and the quiet country setting. It’s a duplex but we heard very little from the party. The small chicken coop with a rooster is perfect for those who love animals.

My experience at this place I would have to say I only gave it one star because I couldn’t give it zero stars. It is a triplex unit. The reason for my rating is there is a laundry room that is communal to the three units. The separation from the laundry room to our unit was a doorway located right outside our master bedroom. Someone was in the laundry room starting to do laundry at 10:30 at night continuing on through to 1:30 AM in the morning. It is dog friendly so my dogs were barking because the separation was an interior door not well sealed with someone banging around and running machines on the other side. I reached out to the host to let her understand what we were experiencing. And she said I will take it into consideration. She did tell them to stop doing the laundry at 1:30 AM Sunday evening. We had a long drive back home out of state and barely got some sleep. Not to mention the chickens are located about 15 feet in front of the unit with a rooster. Need I say anymore. this is my experience. Just thought I’d let you know.

Maria, While I respect your concerns you have not been altogether truthful. You contacted me directly asking if the other guest could leave before you even arrived. I gave you a complete overview of the setting including the description of the duplex, and Jack and Jill lock out laundry room. You arrived with your partner & brought two dogs. The other guest did everything she could to make you happy including stopping her laundry at 11:00 PM because you said it was too late. She didn’t have a dog I don’t know what you are talking about. She was a single female and compliant with whatever you asked. I really believe you were looking for a private house with no neighbors and my place is a duplex. Never the less you were unhappy, and I appreciate you letting me know about your concerns. Going forward I have let the guests know not to run their laundry after 9:00 PM.
