A wrap around deck to take in views of Forbes State Forest. The one-acre property is secluded and surrounded by state lands, yet is perfectly situated close to everything that the Laurel Highlands has to offer.

The cabin can sleep 12 adults comfortably in 1 California king bed, 3 queen sized beds, 1 twin over full bunk and 1 twin over twin bunk comfortably, plus space for children. The bathrooms are tastefully appointed with a vintage pedestal tub and a stone shower. Max of 14 adults. Small fee for over 12 adults staying over night.

The cabin was super nice and cozy for a great winter getaway feel. We loved that the kids room was in the basement so even if they wanted to stay up late, we couldn't hear much on the other floors. The hot tub was covered so we got to use it even when the weather didn't cooperate. The fireplace kept the place warm when we had it going and the fire pit was a great area to sit around with room for everyone and was very well maintained. There was a coffee grinder which made the morning wakeup joyous for us and we were able to head off to the slopes with ease. Overall we had a great stay. Some things to note were as follows, With the heating, the top floor got very warm while the main floor was chilly during the night. Plan accordingly for sleeping arrangements. Bring your own hot tub towels as the towels provided were minimal and we were constantly doing laundry so we didn't have to use the hot tub towels for our showering as well. We would definitely come back, the home was perfect for our needs, had lots of room and was in close proximity to the ski resorts.
