Great place. Seemed like it was practically new. Could use more in the way of dishes (only 1 bowl) and maybe a place to hang towels to let them dry after use. It was decorated and furnished very nicely and had a nice low-country feel.

Great place! I’ve stayed on Spring Street in Charleston several times, and this was the nicest rental. We were in unit G, which was perfect for four travelers. The only issue was our rental car was too large for the parking space, but the host was very responsive and arranged for us to park in the largest spot on the property. The AC worked perfectly in late July, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well-appointed. I will be booking this place on future visits.

Awesome property. Very comfortable, loved hanging out on the porch! Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Had a (very) small market down the street. Would stay there again. Only complaint was the bed was a little firm to our liking. Otherwise it was great!

Very nice property - lots of nice little restaurants within a short walk. The property was clean and ready when we arrived. Having a parking space was very convenient.
