Great location. I really enjoyed the sunsets on the deck ebery evening. The host is very nice and quick to respond to communications. I needed to extend my stay and he made it very easy.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of the few places where you don't have to choose between the mountains and the sea. Standing in the backyard, you’re surrounded by the silence of towering redwoods, but the moment you look West, you have a front-row seat to the power of the Pacific. What I enjoy most is the 'micro-neighborhood' feel—it’s private and tucked away, yet you’re right on Highway 1 with easy access to the hidden coves and local markets that make the Mendocino coast feel like a well-kept secret

The true magic of this property is the uninterrupted 180° panoramic view. While many coastal homes offer a glimpse of the water, our villa is positioned to give you a full-theater experience of the Pacific. We’ve designed the living room around this view, complete with a signature rotating chair that allows you to track a sunset or spot migrating whales without ever leaving the comfort of the indoors. It’s a perspective of the Mendocino coast that few get to see.
