The property features a washer & dryer, heating, AC, and WiFi, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Albuquerque and our house has to offer. The main bedroom is upstairs with a workspace, walk-in closet & full bathroom. The downstairs bedrooms are to the left of the kitchen, with a full bathroom at the end of the hall. Washer & Dryer, Kitchen, Coffee Area, Access to Backyard, Living room & Garage are all on the first floor. Backyard is fully enclosed!
