Clean, cute little bungalow,waking distance to all the downtown fun. Wish we would’ve brought our doggy!Kristina is an excellent host and has done an excellent job providing all the creature comforts for an easy stay.

We stayed there for my son's basketball tournament at the sports center. It was only 7 minutes to walk there. We also enjoyed walking to Old Rock Hill town, where there are nice restaurants and coffee shops! The house is super clean and has everything I could ask for. I will book here again when we come back. Next time I would love to bring my dog as well:)

Cute and comfy! The jack-and-jill closet was great for our kids' sense of "security" (aka access to parents), too. Great location, too. Walking to Knowledge Perk n the mornings was a treat!

Loved the restaurant suggestions, the house was super cute and we would definitely rent it again. I do suggest putting on the listing that it is next to a train track. I personally did not find that as a problem, I slept right through it. But if you're not used to those kinds of noises it can be distracting. This place is great it's within 5 minutes of everything you need.

This property worked out great for our family. Our oldest son had a basketball tournament walking distance from the house. Although it was very hot to walk we still did it sometimes! There was plenty of supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It is sooooo nice when you don’t have to go buy that stuff! She even had extra toiletries if you forgot anything. The house was very clean and you can tell there have been many updates because it is an old home. The shower was huge, it fit my tall boys, which is rare! It was a great house for a great price! I highly recommend, and if we are back for basketball I hope to rent again!

Easy booking. Loved that I could rent for only one night as we were traveling to Florida. Very cute place, newly updated, dog friendly and also had fenced in back yard. But....there are train tracks right behind the house. I wish this would have been disclosed. I normally look on google maps to check out the area. But because it was just for the night, I didn't. I lived near train tracks and came to welcome the sound. This was a completely different experience. The first train was not that big of a deal. The others throughout the night felt and sounded like they were in the next room. It stopped at one point to load, unload...not sure. My dogs then began barking and were freaked out. Needless to say, none of us got much sleep.

The house was comfortable and clean. We loved being walking distance to the sports center and local restaurants. Even though, we did a lot of cooking. The train going by at 11:00 on our first night there was unpleasant. The rest of the weekend, the train only went by during the day. Otherwise, the neighborhood’s very quiet. Our dog enjoyed being able to wander around the fenced-in backyard instead of being on a leash the whole time. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was adorable and clean and had everything we needed while in town for a basketball tournament! The train only ran by one night of the 3 night we stayed. I was a little worried about that but it was ok.
