Newly remodeled, 5+ star-energy-rated unit in a quiet neighborhood. Campbell Creek greenbelt trails are one block away for runners and cyclists. Private entrance with covered walkway and parking just a few steps away. Accessible by individualized door code provided a few days before check-in.

Property is just 15 minutes from hiking/camping in the Chugach mountains, half hour from Alyeska Ski Resort, and 4 hours from the entrance to Denali Park. Within a 5 minute drive from several of Anchorage's craft distilleries and breweries and excellent restaurants.

The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, and and in-unit washer & dryer. Living room has a full-size foldout sofa for additional guests. Only a 10-minute drive to the airport.

Nice place, clean, and in a good location convenient to everything - shopping, downtown and equi-distant south to Seward or north to Parker and beyond. Walk down the street two blocks and walk the Campbell Creek Park and see some moose. Well stocked kitchen, check under the sink for bear spray and insect spray before you purchase.

Great place. It was peaceful with no noise from any neighbors. Location was ideal for everything we wanted to do. It was very well supplied with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating - our flight was almost cancelled due to the weather in ATL, and the host was willing to let us stay an extra day, even though it was going to be very tight timing between us leaving and the housekeeper rushing in to clean for the next guest. We ended up not needing the extra day, but that was very hospitable on his part.

This apartment was perfect for the two of us. Nice, quiet location very close to the Campbell Creek trail. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and the bed was extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

House worked well for the 2 of us. Very clean. Well stocked with essentials (dishwasher soap, laundry soap, toilet paper, ect) which was appreciated. Nice little welcome basket with coffee k cup pods and a few snacks. House was clean. Quite location.

Quick Stay in Anchorage

This apartment worked out great for us. It was as listed. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to base our quick visit around Anchorage from this place. Check-in and out was very efficient. Easy access in and out. Parking was right out at the end of the building. It was a very quiet neighborhood.

It was what it needed to be -- nothing fancy, but it was clean and simple and did what it needed to do. No complaints about the space. It was a bit noisy one of the nights we were there, though. Kids were running up and down the boardwalk in front of the apartments and every footstep on the boardwalk sounds like an 800 pound man stomping on the roof of the apartment, so the running back and forth was pretty noisy. I realize the host doesn't have much control over that, and it was just one night -- maybe most nights are quieter.

Perfect Stay

We couldn’t have been happier with the apartment and with Caura! The place is perfect for two people; we were so comfortable there. Big plus that there is a washer and dryer too. Caura was so responsive and so helpful. Her recommendations were spot on. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect!

Perfect stay for our visit in anchorage

The apt was clean and quiet and much more spacious than the pictures show. We really appreciated the elbow room. Great kitchen, fully stocked. Wd was new. We totally enjoyed the convenience and freedom.

Lovely VRBO

The place was perfect for the 2 of us. Place was very clean, wifi was strong. The rental is in a residential area off the Campbell creek trail and was easy to get to our destinations with a car. Location is very quiet. Loved the welcome goodie baskets of chips and coffee, etc. Great having a refrigerator and washer dryer. I wouldrecommend this place if you have a car to get around.

Great for price

Property manager was very prompt with responses. My mom stayed there for two weeks while visiting us. Definitely need a car to stay here. Can hear neighbors walking outside on porch, but otherwise fairly quiet. Not too far from Campbell Creek trail. I would put my mom there again for sure.

Great little place

This place was great for a low-key getaway in Anchorage. Lots of space for belongings, very clean, cute apartment. The property manager Caura was very responsive and the check-in/check-out process was super easy. Love that this place was so close to the Anchorage trail system! Thanks again!

Nice place!

Just as advertised. The place was conveniently located and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Both Coura & Ben were lovely to interact with. Nice and close to a beautiful nature trail, too.

I’ve lived in Anchorage since 2006. I moved here from the East coast because I love living near the mountains and outdoors. I recently spent 3 years living in South Africa, but now I’m back in the frozen North.

Why they chose this property

I love the location and neighborhood of this triplex. It’s not so imposing but the apartments are all spacious. I really like the access to the Campbell Creek greenbelt. It’s made for some great running in the early mornings.

What makes this property unique

I live on-site and really love the area. The neighborhood is quiet, but close enough to stores and downtown. The greenbelt one block away is nice for evening walks or morning runs. I've put a lot of time and attention into remodeling all of the units because I want them to be nice places to stay.
