It has a, new, fully equipped modern kitchen, fully renovated bathroom en-suite for each bedroom, (one with a full size bath for the kids), reverse cycle heating/cooling, large balcony and what a view...

Looking to move to the Mornington Peninsula? Be closer to the action and get a taste for the neighbourhood before you buy... Staycations of up to 3 months can be arranged, please make an enquiry.

Bedroom one can sleep up to 2 adults and 1 child (on trundle bed)
Bedroom two can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 children (bunks)
There is a sofa bed in the living space which can accommodate another person.

There is strictly no smoking in the house, however smoking downstairs is OK for those who need it.
