Perfect location!

My husband and I were looking for a low key getaway after the holidays. Perfect! Felt like it was a brand new house...spacious and very well equipped. Perfect location...looking forward to an in-season trip.

RESPITE IN THE TIME OF COVID

My anxieties concerning all aspects of travel to FLORIDA proved to be wasted energy concerning our stay at the Preserve, Grayton Beach. This was our 9th year to stay in the Preserve so the possibilities of exposure were worrisome. WHAT WASTED ENERGY! The property was immaculate with all surfaces sanitized beyond the usual of previous years. The pools & clubhouse, gates & as well as the beach was pristine. JUST AS MY NUMEROUS CALLS TO VRBO PROMISED. Looking forward to next summer.

Vacation at Blue Mountain Beach

Experience renting was easy. Very nice house in the neighborhood we have stayed in the area several times and this was one of the best houses we have stayed. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends to stay there as well. Very nice house and very nice neighoborhood.

Disappointing

We booked this house for two weeks in June. It was my husband, our four kids and my sister, brother-in-law and their four kids. A few things for anyone that is considering this listing: 1) very dirty house...this house was probably one of the nastiest we have ever stayed. Maybe my standards are high but we stay on 30A every summer and each of the houses we stayed at always exceeded expectations. There was chewing gum stuck to the tile in our bathroom, it very much stood out so I don’t know how the “cleaners” missed it. The kitchen floors, rugs, etc all gross. I wore my flip flops. Stains on the sheets, toilets not clean, trash can had syrup stuck all over it. I did call maintenance about the chewing gum and a leaking shower, they came the next day and fixed the shower and removed the gum. 2) It does have private beach access BUT get the details! There is a nice wooden walkway (ten minutes walk) to the sand BUT just because you’re on the beach doesn’t mean you have access. There is a sign after you get to the sand that reads “private owned beach”...but not privately owned by the subdivision of this house, owned by the resort next door! The guy that worked at the resort and rented chairs to guests of the resort told us that if we aren’t guests there we had to walk ANOTHER 900 feet down the beach with all our chairs/gear/kids and THAT was public beach. That was true so we walked it...but don’t miss that 300 feet where you have access because after that, ANOTHER PRIVATE BEACH! So if you’re ok with walking 30 minutes each way for “private access” this is for you! There are two community pools, however the one seats about ten people (very tiny pool) the other a little larger and can seat about 20. But for the size of the community, the pools are a disappointment If you want to bike to Seaside, this is really too far. We’re headed back towards Rosemary next year. I was disappointed to spend as much as we did for this, it’s not worth it.

Perfect house in a great location!

We had a great time in Grayton Beach and the house was fantastic. Plenty of room for our group and immaculately clean. We will definitely stay again.

Grayt place to stay

Grayton Beach is such a little gem, and The Preserve is a nice, quiet, family friendly neighborhood that is a go-to every year for my family. We’ve stayed in a few different houses in The Preserve, and they have all been wonderful. This one is no different. It was set up perfectly for our large group of friends and children, and even though there were 12 of us, it still felt spacious and not at all cramped. The manager reached out several times before our trip and during our stay to make sure everything was going well. All around great home, and another great trip to Grayton!

Excellent house in a quiet part of 30A

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. This part of 30A is quieter and less crowded than some other areas we’ve stayed. Also it includes access to one of the largest and least crowded beaches we’ve vacationed at anywhere.

30 A is the place to stay!

Modern, clean, beautifully furnished property with 3 porches. Brilliant, white sandy beach was about 10 minute walk from house on a wooden boardwalk. Very easy to get around, not too crowded. Had a blast with family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had 7 adults and 4 children with plenty of room to spare. The home itself is larger and nicer than the pictures. The walk to the beach was a little longer than expected, no big deal for the adults and children but too far for Grandma. The beach area is beautiful and not overcrowded.

Spacious, Family-friendly, and CLEAN!

We had a wonderful time at Grayt Gulf! The home is beautiful and provided plenty of room for our 7 guests. Davis is a very gracious host and provided helpful information prior to check in. He was also very responsive to a couple of questions that came up during the visit. The property is in a quieter part of 30A - in Grayton Beach, but within a couple of miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife. There is a little walk to the beach, but its doable and along a nice path. Would definitely recommend to others!
