The Trailshead Chalet far exceeded our expectations! We loved the outdoor area with the fire pit and hot tub. The grandkids loved all the toys! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy this beautifully decorated chalet. We will definitely rent this chalet again.

The property in Innsbrook was amazing. Beautiful drive in to the property and we were amazed by the outdoor space initially. Plenty of space for our party of 5 adults and ample room to cook meals and unwind. Hot tub and fire pit made for perfect fall evenings outside. It would be a great space in the summer as well with beautiful lakes all over the Innsbrook property. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!Aelisa was very succinct with communication and instructions across the board. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The house was well-stocked with books, board games, puzzles, and toys to keep the whole family busy when it was raining. When the weather improved we enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities. Host was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
