★ Bedroom Configurations ★

▹ Bedroom 1 (Master Suite) – Located next to master Suite 2, features a plush, round Elvis-style king-sized bed, full-sized sofa sleeper, smart TV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and direct access to the patio, putting green, and pool. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, tile shower, dual vanity sinks, a makeup vanity, and an electric sauna.

▹ Bedroom 2 (Master Suite 2) – Offers 2 full size bed, and a queen-sized sofa sleeper, two 65` smart TVs for supplied Xbox 360 & Nintendo and streaming. A desk/workstation, walk-in closet, access to the front courtyard, and a private ensuite bathroom.

▹ Bedroom 3 (Casita) – Accessible from the front courtyard includes a king bed, large smart TV, kitchenette with sink and microwave, reach-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a spa-style shower and glass vanity sink.

▹ Bedroom 4 (Casita 2) – Detached. Accessible from the pool/barbecue courtyard, features a king bed, full-sized sofa sleeper, 65` smart TV, private full bathroom, ceiling fan and a connecting lockable door to Casita 5.

▹ Bedroom 5 (Casita 3) – Detached. Also accessible from the pool/barbecue courtyard, offers one king bed, a 65` smart TV, a kitchenette with under-counter refrigerator, microwave, sink, quartz counters, and raised maple cabinetry. The ensuite bathroom features a tile shower and quartz vanity sink. Bedroom Includes ceiling fan with adjustable speed and dimmer lighting.

Free high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender, crockpot, handheld mixer.

Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen comes equipped with the following items: basic dining, cooking, and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt, and pepper. Other cooking essentials or supplies that are at times provided: condiments like ketchup, mayo, mustard, as well as items like foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip lock bags.

House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.


★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★

WHAT DOES `ALL INCLUSIVE` MEAN?

Our `All Inclusive` offering means that guests are not charged extra for specific amenities and services. It includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use, and the accommodation of two dogs at no additional cost. It does not encompass free food and alcohol, as some might assume.

ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EXTRA GUESTS?

This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges (with limitations).

Regarding extra guests: 16 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 16 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.

Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.

You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.

CAN I PARK ON THE STREET?

NO street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street or TOWED!!! You must park in the driveway. 6 car parking.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.

DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests.

Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?

No golf cart currently.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc… so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

Most outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints. We recommend bringing a SMALL Bluetooth speaker, since you can arrange it where you like and they are easy to connect to! Absolutely no outside music past 10PM. Only low decibel, no amplified speakers.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets.

PLEASE NO SPEEDING! When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.

Please absolutely no street parking is allowed. No parallel parking at the end of the driveway; violators will be towed or fined up to $750. You must park in the driveway only.

You understand that the use of the entire house, including swimming facilities and exercise equipment such as treadmills and weight sets, carries inherent risks and may result in bodily injury. You accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained and hold the owner harmless.
