The main house features 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, offering ample space for relaxation and rest. Connected seamlessly to the main home is a converted garage casita that adds even more versatility to your stay. The casita boasts 2 additional bedrooms, a bathroom, and a convenient laundry space, providing privacy and comfort for larger groups. With its own entrance at the front of the house, the casita also connects to the main home, allowing guests to choose between shared and private spaces as needed.

This home accommodates up to 14 guests with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Additional spaces include a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, den, laundry area, and garage. Our kitchen is stocked with an extensive list of small appliances, cookware, dinnerware and utensils needed to prepare almost any family meal. We provide a starter kit of seasonings including salt, pepper and olive oil. Please inquire with our team if you would like a complete list of all our cookware and small appliances.
We provide a starter kit of consumables for your stay which includes: paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry pods, dryer sheets, toilet paper, make up remover, shampoo, conditioner, body gel and a welcome gift basket. This list is only intended as a starter kit; If you run out of consumables then you must be purchase additional items yourself. We also provide body towels and pool towels for the occupancy of the home, plus a set of hand towels and wash towels.

--- HOUSE RULES/ POLICIES ---
1. As per the City of Indio Policy for vacation rentals, outdoor Quiet Hours are between 9PM - 8AM Sunday-Thursday and 10pm-8am Friday and Saturday. During Quiet Hours amplifying devices or music is prohibited outdoors. Outside of Quiet Hours, music or other outdoor noise is acceptable as long as it is not heard past the property line. All units are equipped with Minut volume tracking devices which will alert our team if outside noise becomes unreasonable.
2. Spa heating and pool heating are extra services: $25/day for spa heating and $75/day for pool heating which the pool will be heated to 85 degrees. The pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, as the heater can only heat one at a time. If you would like to purchase pool and spa heating we will heat the pool before you check in so that it will stay warm even when spa heating is in use. If you’d like the pool heated, please let us know in advance as it takes 10 hours or more to reach the set temperature. A minimum of 3 consecutive days is required for pool heating, OR, for the entire duration of your stay if it`s less than 3 days.
3. Early check in at 1PM ($150) and late check out at 2PM ($150) is available for an extra fee ONLY if there are no back to back bookings to allow for proper cleaning.
4. Minimum 25 years of age to book.
5. SOME pets are allowed for an extra fee ($150/pet). Please consult with the owner before bringing the pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not allowed in the pool or on the bed. While we do allow some pets with prior approval, a $500 fine will be imposed for any presence or evidence of unapproved pets found within the premises.
6. No more than 5 vehicles allowed. There is no garage parking.
7. No smoking inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a minimum fine of $750.
8. Any missing or damaged linen, towels or small appliances will be deducted from the security deposit pre-authorized hold that is placed on the credit card on file.
9. An additional cleaning fee of $100 applies to stays of 28 nights or longer. This fee is payable promptly following booking confirmation.
10. The Coachella Music Festival dates, April 9–13 and April 16–20, and the Stagecoach Music Festival dates, April 23–27, require booking Thursday through Sunday nights during those periods.
