Welcome to Harborfront Sunrise! This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with an unobstructed view of Charlotte Harbor, a hot tub, and a large yard comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, featuring a thoughtful layout perfect for families and groups. We can host your special events up to 150 non-overnight guests.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home. This includes all interior spaces such as the kitchen, living areas, and bedrooms. You will also have exclusive use of all outdoor amenities, including the private waterfront yard, hot tub, two gazebos, patio, and lawn games. Your stay is completely private.

We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful and seamless stay. While we respect your privacy and will not be present on the property, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you need any assistance or have questions. We reserve the right to enter the property for emergencies or with at least 24 hours` notice for any necessary maintenance.

Your Luxury Waterfront Getaway is located in one of Punta Gorda’s most desirable waterfront neighborhoods — a peaceful, upscale area along Northshore Drive overlooking the shimmering waters of Charlotte Harbor. Here, you’ll wake up to stunning sunrises, enjoy gentle coastal breezes, and unwind each evening with front-row sunset views over the harbor.
The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it ideal for families and groups who want a private retreat while still being close to all of Punta Gorda’s best attractions. Palm-lined streets, friendly neighbors, and breathtaking harbor vistas define this tranquil coastal community.

A personal vehicle is the best way to get around. Most top attractions like Downtown Punta Gorda, Fishermen’s Village, and Harborwalk are within a 10–15 minute drive. There’s plenty of free parking around town, especially at parks, marinas, and beaches.

Grill Use: A propane gas grill is available. Guests are responsible for providing their own propane tank and cleaning the grill thoroughly after each use.
Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials to get you started, including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, linens, towels, starter toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. Guests should plan to purchase or bring their own additional supplies, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and laundry detergent.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are available at no extra charge.
Property Maintenance: The home is professionally cleaned before your arrival. It also receives monthly pest control and quarterly HVAC servicing to ensure your comfort.
Trash Collection: County trash and recycling pickup is on Thursday. Please place bins by the curb on collection day.
Cameras: Two external cameras are outside. One in the front and one in the back.
Pets: Two pets under 40 pounds are allowed at an additional fee per pet per stay.
Unwind in our private hot tub - the perfect way to end your day. The hot tub is available as an add-on for $50/night and will be unlocked upon confirmation of the fee. To add access, simply send a request through the Airbnb messaging system before or after booking and we`ll get you set up.

Please note that bath bombs, soaps, and outside chemicals are strictly prohibited to maintain water quality for all guests. Guests are expected to shower before use and treat the hot tub with care

— any damage or excessive chemical imbalance caused by misuse may be subject to a cleaning or repair fee.
