Wonderful house! The layout is great for large or multiple families. The kids loved hanging out up in the loft area after a day in the water. The screened porch was great for some shaded and bug free outdoor time. Great for having a coffee in the morning with a book or an afternoon drink. The kids loved the rope swing and fishing from the dock. Close to a great marina to rent water toys and Lake Livingston Brewery. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone is friendly. It was a great family vacation.

This house was amazing! It offered ample amount of space, including a lot of seated dining, 3 full bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms with king size beds. Each room had a tv. The upstairs had multiple beds for the kids to sleep and a hangout space. It had great water access and place to rent boats/jet skis down the road. There was plenty of kitchen ware, utensils, and towels. Honestly, probably the best stocked house I have ever rented. My family enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. We will be back! Loved it!

This house was PERFECT!!! There was so much room for us to stay all together. The rooms are spacious & clean. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the deck. The backyard and boat deck were the best spots to catch the sunrise and sunset. Thank you for the hosts for making us feel welcome. We will absolutely stay here again!!!
