Excellent location. Easy walk to A-bay beach and 15 mins drive to a bunch of other beaches north or south. Go check out the snorkeling on the south part of Hāpuna beach state park. Tons of coral and fish. Having beach chairs, umbrella and toys in addition to all the kids bedding made our vacation super easy!

We had a wonderful 7 days stay in Waikoloa at Kay’s condo. The property was exactly like the pictures, newly renovated, super clean, bright and open, and with all the conveniences that we needed for our stay. Although we did not cook, kitchen appliances and tools all appear new and in great condition. We did make use of the new Nespresso machine and pods daily, which was fantastic. Kay was the perfect host, very helpful and attentive in checking in on us when there was a hurricane watch during our stay. The property is conveniently located in a quiet gated community, with an assigned parking space close to the unit. It is a ground floor unit, but we were never bothered by any neighborhood noises. Queen’s Marketplace and beautiful A-Bay were our go-tos for daily grocery/food runs, and beach trips. Having beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and boogie boards made our trip especially memorable. Thank you for hosting us, we will be back!
