Full disclosure - this was the worst snow year I've seen in something like 30 years of skiing at Breckenridge. In a normal year, this condo would be in an ideal location. Short walk up to the Snowflake lift, ski back 4-oclock to right across the road. Short walk to downtown. Overall a one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Condo has a great floor plan! Nice separation between living space, kitchen, and bedrooms. Definitely older, and could use updating, but clean and well maintained. Recommended, and we'd definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location was great. Very familiar with Breck, we come here multiple times a year. The property was very outdated and in poor condition. Toilets not flushing correctly. Showers very old and fixtures falling out. Sheetrock broken in many places, carpet needs replacing, and needs to be painted.
