Pine Bay is a charming home tucked away in the quiet neighborhood of Bay Vista. It has breathtaking, vast views of the Lewes/Rehoboth Canal, Thompson Island, and Rehoboth Bay. The home is minutes away to the beaches in Rehoboth and Dewey and shopping at Tanger Outlets. The home is 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, all situated on a single floor. There is a main living/family room, kitchen, dining room, and sunroom with a porch off the back surrounded by a fully fenced in yard.

The Space:
The property includes a single level (2 steps to get up to the front door) , 4 bedroom, and 3 bathroom home. This is a truly unique property being minutes to the beaches and downtown, but nestled in the back of the Bay Vista neighborhood to enjoy panoramic views of the Lewes Rehoboth Canal, Thompson Island, the Indian River Inlet Bridge, and Rehoboth Bay.

Kitchen:
- Appliances include stove, oven, full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, sink with garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee machine, blender, electric kettle and toaster.
- Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and baking items as well as basic spices and olive oil.
- We also provide paper towels, sponges, trash bags, dish/hand soap, and dishwasher detergent.

Main Living Room:
- TV with streaming capabilities (complimentary Netflix, Apple TV and Peacock)
- Cabinet filled with games and puzzles for all ages
- Electric fireplace
- Swivel chairs to enjoy the outside view or turn to face the TV

Sunroom and Deck:
- Sitting area to relax and take in the views
- Bar height bistro table and chairs
- Outside patio table with 6 chairs
- Propane grill (propane tank is provided)

The house was impeccably clean and filled with everything you need from mini bathroom products to all the kitchen equipment needed to personal temp options for each room. I have been hosting rentals since 2022 and I love providing a happy place for guests to make amazing memories with their families and friends. Outside of hosting, I’m an accounting specialist providing bookkeeping services to small businesses both locally and virtually.

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood because I also live up the road! So I am readily available should a guest need any assistance at the property. The neighborhood of Bay Vista is less than a 10-minute drive to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches. It is a great location for walking and biking with beautiful bay views surrounding the neighborhood. The area is a great solution to provide a quiet oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, but only minutes away to beaches, shops, and local attractions.

What makes this property unique

This property is so special because of its beautiful, peaceful views! From the backyard you can see everything from Rehoboth Bay, Thompson Island, the Indian River Inlet Bridget, the Lewes Rehoboth Canal, and the skyline of Dewey Beach. The marsh in the backyard is also home to much wildlife especially deer. It is a great location for birdwatching and enjoying watching the boats go by.
