The second bedroom is equipped with queen bed, cozy bathroom, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom/Den can be utilized as den/office or extra quest room and provides a pull out queen sofa bed and wardrobe. 2 Car Garage available for parking.
Golf membership is optional at this award winning 27-hole golf course and golf community. Just minutes away from the Island of Venice, with its charming historic district, weekly Farmers Market, incredible beaches, boutiques, and fabulous restaurants. Beautiful Siesta Key, Casey Key, Nokomis beaches and St.Armands Circle are nearby to visit and explore. HOA requires submittal of lease application which must be approved by management prior to occupancy. Approval process may take up to 20 days from date of submittal.

I love Venice and Sarasota County. Endowed with ispiring natural beauty, an appealing climate, and beautiful and unique beaches, this area is a diverse mix of Sun and Fun. Six islands line Sarasota's extensive coastline, each one revealing its own personality: Longboat Key, Lido Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Venice and Manasota Key. Our house is situated in Pelican Point Golf and Country Club, which is one of the best golf communities with gated entrance, community club, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness room, and swimming pool. It is a real beauty and place of enjoyment. Venice beach is just 7 minutes away. If you want to enjoy quieter day on a beach, away from restorts, condos and trafic visit Caspersen Beach which is 14 minutes away. Nokomis beach, Sharky's on the Pier a beachfron restaurant and tiki bar, South Jetty Beach are among the other interesting places to visit and enjoy.
