Parking: One assigned parking spot is available in front of the house. Street parking is not allowed per Washoe County STR Regulations.

Incline Village is in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and can experience extreme weather. Please check forecasts and ensure you have AWD/4WD or carry chains during fall and winter months. Snow can linger even when highways are clear.

We had a wonderful time this July at this updated Incline Village cabin. We found it to be very conveniently located near the main "Village" restaurants and activities. It's right up the hill from Drink Coffee Do Stuff, a longtime favorite coffee spot of ours!The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and having two bathrooms was a big plus. The kitchen is compact but usable and we cooked many of our own meals during our stay, We loved that the kitchen came equipped with a drip coffee machine and a blender for morning smoothies. Made for a great summer weekend getaway!
