Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Nelson. The space features a king bed, a queen bed, and a wooden cot with baby/toddler accessories, making it a nice fit for families or groups. The fenced grassy garden has fruit trees and is pet friendly, ideal for dogs and children, with a deck and bbq looking out at the ocean views. Guests can walk 1km to Tāhunanui beach for a swim.
Keep cosy or cool with a log burner, radiator heaters throughout the house, a fan in the lounge, and AC in the baby room. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or simply enjoying quiet moments around the BBQ, this property offers an enjoyable retreat.
The kitchen is fully stocked with basics; herbs/spices, cooking oil, small appliances and baking essentials, just replace it if you finish it. The laundry has a near new washer and dryer, pulley drying rack, large sink, and paired with the outdoor drying line you will feel like home. There is off street parking for 2-3 cars, and a shed available to store bikes or paddleboards.
