If you used the pool key and garage remote, leave both on the side table by the front door in the silver bowl. Please don’t forget — we don’t want to have to charge you!
Turn off all lights, ceiling fans, and A/C units before leaving. If the temperature is 90°F or warmer, set the thermostat to 78–80°F instead of turning it off completely.
Leave towels on hooks and linens on the beds. Return any moved items to their original locations.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great new condo, great location close to downtown and the baseball park. Nice new appliances and a well appointed kitchen. Nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom and a garage. The pool was right outside the unit. Great rental.

Scottsdale has long been one of our favorite places, with its warm desert light, walkable Old Town charm, incredible dining, and endless outdoor adventure. We wanted to craft a retreat that reflects all of that—a home that’s a little raw, a little refined, and effortlessly comfortable.

As hosts, we care deeply about the details: clean, modern spaces, natural textures, hotel-quality touches, and an atmosphere that helps guests feel immediately at ease. We’re here when you need us and hands-off when you don’t, always aiming to create a seamless and welcoming stay.

We also host a second property—The Jungle Lounge in Tulum—a tropical counterpart to the desert calm of Scottsdale. Both homes are designed with intention, and both invite you to slow down, breathe, and enjoy where you are.

It’s the perfect balance: close to everything, but never chaotic. Camelback Mountain is minutes away, the airport is a quick drive, and the surrounding community is full of local charm. For us, it’s the ideal location to experience Scottsdale fully—vibrant when you want it, peaceful when you return home.
