Things to know
• This is a standard hotel room — there is no kitchen and no microwave inside the room.
• Washer and dryer are not available in the building or common areas.
• Daily housekeeping is not included, but can be arranged upon request and is subject to availability ($75)
• Melbean Coffee Shop is open Monday–Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, and Saturday–Sunday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Guests staying at the Circ Hotel can take advantage of the city-operated on-demand shuttle service (via the Ride Circuit app) for easy trips to the beach. Service runs in the East Hollywood zone Mon–Fri 10:00 AM–9:00 PM, Sat–Sun until 10:00 PM, fare around $2 per rider.
Very convenient for our guests to skip the hassle of beach parking.

• No parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.
• No smoking or vaping in rooms, balconies, hallways, or common areas.
• Pets are not allowed. Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law and Airbnb policy.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Please respect other guests and keep hallways and common areas quiet and clean.
• Do not tamper with smoke detectors, fire alarms, locks, cameras, or other safety equipment.
• Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.
• Valet parking is available for $30/night.
• Pack ’n Plays may be available upon request. Traditional cribs are not provided.
• Daily housekeeping is not included unless specifically stated in the reservation.

Rooftop Pool

• Pool hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
• No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
• No glass, diving, running, rough play, parties, or loud music.
• Children must be supervised by an adult.
• Please respect other guests and leave the pool area clean.
• Pool access may be restricted for weather, maintenance, or safety reasons.

Damages & Additional Cleaning

• Guests may be charged the documented cost of smoking remediation, damage, missing property, or excessive/specialized cleaning.
• Serious or repeated rule violations may result in removal from the property, subject to Airbnb policies and applicable law.
