This is a brownstone apartment and you can enjoy the historic details such as the high ceiling, hardwood floors and a clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom. We're 15 min walking distance to Journal Sq Path Station. From the Path Station, WTC is 15min, Times Square is about 45 minutes. There's also a bus stop very close by to take you to the path station.
