Two Bedroom, Two Bath Condominium in Desirable Winter Park, Colorado! The location is prime; only 1 mile from the lifts at Winter Park. Enjoy a resort atmosphere with great amenities like a sparkling indoor pool, and 3 hot tubs at the club house only a short walk away from our front door.
Enjoy a large end unit with Really Nice Wooded Views and Views of the Continental Divide and Winter Park ski area. This Condominium is open and airy with views from every window, and is very spacious, approx. 1,000 sq. ft. The Master Bedroom has a pillow top King Bed with full bath and large double sink vanity, the Second Bedroom has two new pillow top twin beds (which convert to a king bed if necessary) with its own full bath, and the LR has a very comfortable plush pullout sofa, and a plush chair, overlooking the gas fireplace and a view out the sliding glass door.
There are TVs in both bedrooms and in the Living Room there is a 50 inch flat screen TV, and DVD player in the Living Room, and DVD players in both bedrooms. Living Room is open and airy and there are views from the window and sliding glass door out onto a deck with view of the Continental Divide and ski area.
The deck has chairs to sit on in the summer to relax and enjoy the wooded views. The front patio can also be used to relax and enjoy the view of the wildlife and the woods. We offer all the conveniences of home. There is a Safeway Grocery Store approx. 10 mins. down Hwy. 40 in Fraser. The Snow Tubing Hill is in Fraser. There is ice skating in Winter Park, and world class snowmobile tours directly across Hwy 40 offered by Grand Adventures (walking distance from condo).
Beaver Village Clubhouse, just a few minutes away and is complimentary with your stay. Hot tubs, Indoor year-round heated pool, sauna, , game room, locker rooms with showers and towels provided. Free WIFI in Condo, if you need to catch up on things while the kids are exploring the slopes, trails, and woods located just steps away. Laundry facility @ clubhouse.
The Condominium is also located within walking distance to downtown Winter Park shops and restaurants! In Winter Park Ski area a Free Shuttle Bus is available right outside the Condominium door, and runs every 15-20 minutes. It is only a two minute drive to Winter Park Resort approx. 1 mile. The Free Shuttle Bus is available to take you to the local restaurants and shops in the Towns of Winter Park and Fraser and usually runs until 11:00 p.m (subject to change).

Cozy condo in Winter Park
This condo is in a great location, near Winter Park Ski resort and a short distance to Frasier. It's clean and cozy, our family enjoyed our time there. Owner communicated promptly. There was a bit of road noise but not a big deal. Shuttle stopped right outside the building which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend!

Great. Perfect condo for a 4 person getaway.
The property is very nice and the owners were helpful with questions we had.
The beds were comfortable, the fireplace is very nice and the kitchen and living room are cozy and well appointed.

Cozy Place to Stay
The condominium was nice. We enjoyed our visit. We were not impressed with the hot tubs and swimming pool for the Beaver Village. They were very dirty and poorly maintained. Otherwise, the bus comes right outside the condominium to take you to Winter Park Skiing. That was convenient.

Home away from home
We had a great experience in our Beaver Creek Condo. It felt like home during our 5 night stay. It had plenty of space for 5 adults and it was the perfect location to the town of Winter Park and the slopes. The condo was clean and well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved staying in Winter Park. Condo was as promised. Well stocked with towels, bedding, & cookware. Pool and hot tubs are nice, but not in walking distance with toddlers during snowy conditions. Good shuttle to the slopes, great little town. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved It!
This was our first time out to Colorado. We absolutely loved it! The condo was all that we hoped for and more. The Lift bus stopped right outside our building and ran every hour. We were just 5 minutes from the resort. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. Beautiful views of the mountains in the distance. Our family enjoyed being close to the shopping area and Christy's Sports, where we rented ski equipment. We would love to come back!

great location, great value, walking distance to winter park town
Lovely relaxing location! One star off because upon our arrival for a 4 night stay another couple was still occupying this particular unit even though we had reserved it through HomeAway. The management org. assigned us a (mostly) equivalent unit the next building over. We were little disappointed by that but all ended well and we had a great time.

Winter Park Condo Between Town and Resort
Nice quiet roomy condo. Bus is convenient, but the route that stops just outside the door runs on a somewhat limited schedule; walk down to the highway in the morning is not bad, so there are more bus options from that location. On the way home, you have to catch the right bus route to be dropped off in front of the condo; the walk up from the highway is a workout. On weekends, the Condo Association runs its own bus which was very convenient. The pool and hot tubs were busy, but the walk down to the clubhouse was easy enough. Kitchen was well stocked. Quiet unit with plenty of room for a family of four.

Our new favorite place!
I'm so happy to be the first to review this property. This condo feels more like a single family residence because of many reasons. The unit is very, very cozy and quiet! We never heard anyone above us or next to us and the back deck overlooks a beautiful mountain view that is so private, we never closed the blinds. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms and the beds are more than comfortable, they are dreamy - the best nights sleep we had in months! Our daughters hung out in the bedroom and played and watched the many, many movies available on the dvd player, they were in heaven! The water pressure is perfect and the hot water heats up very quickly. On top of these outstanding accommodations and many others, the owners were genuinely concerned about our journey by car here, as we drove through a west Texas blizzard, and they wanted to make sure we were safe. There is an excellent private shuttle that took us to and from the ski resort that was very reliable and I f we didn't use that shuttle, there is a public shuttle that comes up to the complex. Finally, the office staff at the complex is so helpful, that it feels like you're staying with family! Thank you for sharing your home with vrbo so that we were able to have this experience, we will be back!
