Location was great for access to beach and the main strip. Host was pretty responsive when needed. Ran out of some amenities (toilet paper, paper towels). But great place for a shorter stay!

Excellent host, great room. Won’t sleep 4 adults but will sleep 2 adults and 2 small kids. Great location on Miami Beach. Restaurants and beach and stores all within 5 min walks. Outside the room is a weathered and near a busy loud street so that can impact sleep. I would stay here again if I wanted / needed a kitchen. Also nearby is the Citibikes rentals.

The place was so clean and had everything I needed,the only thing I will say it the location is a bit deceptive the building was pretty rough on the outside, I would not want to be outside late at night. That being said everything was within walking distance coffee restaurants beach. I would recommend not going by yourself.
