Great location! We had a family wedding nearby which made it so convenient - able to walk to shops, restaurants and beach too! The surrounding area is so beautiful and the neighbours were so friendly! Made us feel welcomed!Great memories made during our stay!Franny our hostess was very attentive and communicated throughout our entire visit.We appreciated her checking in to see if there was anything we needed, etc.

Our family of 10 had an amazing time staying at this fantastic summer home!! We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the porches. Could walk to food and ice cream and beaches easily. And so quiet! Best of both worlds-felt secluded yet just minutes to all the beach activities. Franny was our host and she was so intentional about making sure we had a great experience. Very responsive and proactive. Well equipped kitchen. Thoughtful touches like providing pails and shovels for the children! A great place to stay!!

The property was in excellent shape. We were surprised by the amount and quality of kitchen equipment. All three major types of coffee makers (Drip, Nespresso, Keurig) were in the kitchen or the pantry. There were lots of drip coffee filters in the kitchen cabinets.We really felt at home in this well maintained house. It was located within walkable distance to Nubble Light and especially Dunne's Ice Cream.The front porch was a great place to relax and occasionally watch the local Deer in the wooded lots across the street.We found a loose leaf book with lots of good information about the house and the area.After calling for the code for the internal garage door, we found beach chairs, umbrellas etc.The second floor living area was a large area containing a Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Laundry/Half Bath. Plenty of room for all of us to move around in, cook and play games/cards in the evening.The bedrooms were clean and spacious and everyone slept really well.The upper deck had a couple of chairs and was another great place to relax and take in the great view.The Barbeque Grill was in good order and clean and there was a full spare tank of Propane near it. The tank on the grill was plenty for our use.Our family enjoyed the week and they are asking us to plan on renting the house next year.
