This lovely four-bedroom retreat features a king bed, queen bed, full bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen futon, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, both with a relaxing bathtub with grab bars. Fully stocked with baby items such as a pack n play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. The excellent climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round with both air conditioning and heating as well as a gas fireplace. Whether you’re unwinding in the screened porch after a day of exploring, spending the evening in the game room or gathering for a cozy evening in the large backyard around the fire pit, this superb house offers a welcoming atmosphere. Ocean Pines community offers many amenities including 5 swimming pools, private beach, 18 hole golf course, 3 restaurants, 2 marinas, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, ponds, playgrounds and walking trails. Small dogs are welcome upon approval with an additional pet fee. Book now and enjoy everything this house and community has to offer.

We chose Ocean Pines because of all the community amenities as well as the fact that it’s close to ocean city but peaceful and quiet to come home to.

What makes this property unique

What makes our property so special is being able to relax in the screened porch, our nice fenced in back yard with a fire pit and a game room in the garage with ping pong, foosball and darts.
