Located in Winter Haven, this terrific house offers a comfortable retreat for guests. With three bedrooms featuring two queen beds and one twin bed, plus a cozy living room with a full bed, there’s plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms with showers make getting ready easy for everyone. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and AC. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet night in, this home provides a marvelous setting. Many restuarants, bars, theatre shows, and events all downtown within a few blocks. Visit Legoland, attend Sun N Fun fly in, cruise the chain of 27 lakes and have dinner at one of four restaurants/bars on the water. Go kayaking, if your a walker, try the lakes trail around Lake Howard. Compete in the many sports events throughout the county. Baseball, Archery, Bowling, Pickleball, Swimming, Tennis, and more. Enjoy all that Winter Haven has to offer when you stay at our place.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is just as described. Close to downtown eateries and 15 min from Legoland entrance.We traveled as a family of 5, including three children.Everyone had fun, felt safe and slept great on the very comfortable beds.We plan to stay here again in a couple months.
