Unfortunately we didn’t get to stay at the property because my uncle went into the hospital during the timeframe we were supposed to travel and be in Houston, but I can’t say enough about Anne, the host, and her genuine concern and diligence in getting me a refund due to our unexpected circumstances and cancellation. When we do go to Houston for future doctors appointments, we will 100% stay at this location if available!!! Not only because it fits all our our needs, but because Anne is a sincere person. Thank you!!!
