Should be better...

The property needs some TLC. The dishwasher is old and ineffective, we washed all by hand. Some doors don't latch without pushing hard. The upstairs toilet seat is loose. Light under the microwave does not work. The swimming pool was GREAT.

Perfect for a big family!

We had 7 kids and 4 adults and we slept well and had enough room for all of us. All kitchen essentials and even games, PlayStation with games and the pool and hot tub was the best part! The hot tub gets very hot!! My kids loved this place and 1.5 blocks from the beach wasn’t bad to walk to. Owners chatted with me the whole time and were very accommodating. I would recommend this place to other friends and family! Thank you so much!!

Family vacation

We had one of our best family vacations. The beach was a short walk from the house. We rented umbrellas and chairs from North Myrtle Beach. The pool/hot tub were used multiple times/day! Frank was very responsive. We had a small problem with air conditioning our first night. His sister came right over and helped. The HVAC service man was there the next day. He checked in with us mid week to be sure that we didn't need anything. I hope to stay here or one of his other properties during our next visit!

Beautiful home and location was perfect! Literally like 2 1/2 blocks from beach and about a 10 min walk to grocery store. Pool was perfect and the hot tub overflow was a nice touch. Swings under the balcony were a perfect surprise for our 12yr old. Property manager Frank was super nice and so was Tracy. Would definitely recommend for families with a variety of ages, and would stay here again if available!!

Amazing vacation home! Great location!

We stayed a week with family! Perfect teen suite in the bottom level. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including electric griddle and crock pot. Furniture on both level were so comfy! The 2 swivel chair were everyone’s favorite. The only negative thing I could share is that the pool was never really clear. Owner did sent pool guy several times to shock and vacuum but still was cloudy most of the week. Otherwise we are very happy with this house. We would come again! Thanks again :)

Loved It!!!

This is a very nice house, we felt right at home and comfortable right away. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Pool & hot tub was what we were looking for & is what we got. Very comfortable house, bedding was great. Plenty of seating for 7 of us plus more if we had more! We will definitely rent again! Bring your beach chairs! ⛱️ Thank you!

Old guys golf trip

The check-in process was very easy and the property was very conveniently located... Within walking distance of many amenities. We were unaware of the number of cars limitation, but knowing this now will plan better next time.

Sister Beach Trip

We had the perfect weather weekend and a wonderful stay. Frank, the owner, was quick to respond to any inquiries. The location was great and the pool is really why we booked this rental. Just a few suggestions that would have made our stay even more enjoyable. Pool umbrella was broken so we could not sit out during sun time to enjoy lunch outdoors. This had been mentioned in previous reviews. The hand rail to step into the pool was very loose which is a potential hazard. General housekeeping needs to be addressed at used plastic bottles were found under the bed, used items left in bathroom drawers and mattress covers could use a good wash. Overall we would stay again.

Family vacation

Perfect property, house was very clean and nice. Having the pool made it so much better, short walk to the beach and wasn’t overly crowded. Frank was absolutely a perfect host if we had any questions he answered immediately. My family and I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Enjoyable vacation

My whole family came for vacation and there was 15 people. It was nice that we could stay together and having the pool in the backyard was amazing!! We were so close to the ocean which made it very accessible. Our stay was perfect!

Great location!

We booked this for a long overdue family vacation. The location was great and the house was perfect for our stay. The only thing we had to complain about was there was no toilet paper in the house at all and after driving quite a ways we definitely had to use the restroom when we arrived. Additionally the hot tub did not get warm even after turning on the heater for 24+ hours. Otherwise we loved it and would 100% recommend to friends and family!!!

Family vacation

Overall experience was Great. Frank was wonderful with communicating . House was nice I wouldn’t call the game room a game room not much in their. Hot tub was not very hot and umbrella needs replaced. Would be nice if bedding and towels were included in price instead of an additional 150.00 Children’s bedroom leads straight out to pool I would suggest a lock be installed at the top of the door for safety reasons.

Family Vacay

For the most part, property was very nice, large, plenty of rooms and beds. Dishes need to be updated, a lot of them cracked and Badly chipped. We couldn’t use most of them. Hot tub doesn’t work and that was disappointing, but we enjoyed the pool. Needs new umbrella by pool(it was torn and broken). All and all we enjoyed ourselves, but felt some updates need to be done for the amount we paid for the week. Thank you for a great week, pool and beach were amazing!!

Stayed for 5 days with my family of 7

Great house, tons of space. 2 min walk to the beach. Pool was nice to relax in and outside shower was nice to wash off sand. There are no bedding or towels make sure to bring your own. Only issue we had was with the hot tub after our first night there it still wasn’t heating up so we called the pool guy listed and he came within 10 minutes I was surprised, owner also answered fast. He said it would take time to heat up and made it sound like by that night it would be heated. We stayed for 5 days and it never once got hot, very disappointing as this was one of the reasons we booked this house. Would stay again if that issue is fixed.

The Totherow and Long Beach Trip!

We had a wonderful time! Loved the fact of having our own pool and hot tub! All the small children slept downstairs which was so convenient! The owner was great and quick to respond to all questions! Would definitely recommend for anyone to rent

Great place for a large get together

We love to stay in cherry grove and this house was a good fit for 10 adults and 3 small children. Having a pool In the backyard is always nice and it was a great place for our bbq. Frank was really responsive to any question I had and we will likely return there in the future.

Great Space!

Great space for families with kids! Not too far from the beach, but would recommend a golf cart for hauling beach items. Downstairs area with 2 sets of bunks was super nice for our 4 grandsons to have their own little getaway, steps away from the pool. Rates were resonable and would vacation here again.

Great location

Very clean and spacious house, the pool was great way to cool off in the evenings, very easy accommodating check in as we could hgt make it there for our first day, I definitely recommend staying here, and most definitely be coming back
