Welcome to Coastal Acres! Please treat our home with care. Primary guest 25+. No smoking/vaping inside ($200 fine). Quiet hours 10pm–8am. Max 10 guests; no parties or unapproved visitors.
Parking: 1 car in garage, 2 in driveway, extra at pool lot. Report any damage or issues within 2 hours. Exterior camera monitors for safety, guest count, noise, and party violations.
No pets. No shoes upstairs. Keep sand outside. Cover grill after use and turn off appliances. Pond requires liability waiver. Pool: no lifeguard, no glass, swim diapers, noodles only.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
