Whether you're sharing it with close friends or family, this ocean-view home is the perfect choice for a seaside holiday. Along with a walkable location a block from Oceanlake Beach, the home features a divided floor plan with upper and lower floors each separately furnished for standalone living. There's also a private hot tub and a variety of beach toys for endless fun and relaxation. The tide pools are just five blocks south of the home and Regatta Park, which offers water access to Devils Lake, is only a mile away.



Each floor boasts an incredible stainless steel kitchen, giving groups ultimate mealtime flexibility. Individual dishwashers are also equipped to make cleanup a breeze. An ocean-view deck extending off the main level offers a scenic spot for alfresco meals or sunset cocktails. The hot tub is ready to welcome soothing soaks out on the private back patio. Guests of all ages will love the upstairs game room featuring foosball, smart TV, and an assortment of board games. After the day's adventures, groups can go their separate ways and unwind at home with comfortably furnished living spaces and smart TVs on each floor. A gorgeous river rock fireplace anchors the main-floor living area while an electric fireplace provides a touch of cozy ambiance downstairs. Family Beach Weekend

Wonderful location, great setup for our family weekend at the beach! The only bummer was that the hot tub key was bent and the lock rusted so we could not access that at all. Everything was clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and easy access to a long, beautiful beach! Will stay at this place again.

Location was in a quiet neighborhood with convenient beach access. We were a multi-generational family, so the two separate floors worked really well. The playroom/game room was very popular with the younger set. The views from the upstairs unit were terrific. There were many restaurants close by. We would definitely book this place again.

Ocean side bliss

Great location close to the beach with ocean views. I read reviews before I booked so I knew this is two SEPARATE places. Downstairs and upstairs no inside connection. We had two families so it worked great.

verry nice place but there was a broken bed we could not use and a hair ball and soap bar left in the upstairs shower but we know as humans people make mistakes. we enjoyed our stay and will return.

I found the house needing up dates. The pedestal sink in the upper level hall bath was coming off the wall because there is no handle to help you out of the shower. The huge table in the upper unit crams up the whole space. 50% of the electrical plugs do not work. Also no door knobs on some of the closet doors. It is just a weird house. I do not think that I will rent this house again.

Two separate residences

Overall this location is great for a big/multifamily group. Kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of beds. The only thing I wish we had known beforehand was that this is actually two separate residences (one on top of the other) that are not accessible to each other from the inside. So the family staying downstairs had to go outside to get upstairs. Not a deal breaker but definitely a surprise to us. Also the hot tub is visible to other properties so feels fairly public. The house was clean and ultimately had everything we needed to have a fun stay, very close to the beach. The beach access is less than a block away but it’s ALOT of stairs which was somewhat challenging with 4 small kiddos.

Harbor House Heaven

This house had everything that the eight of us wanted, a hot tub, 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on two floors with a giant TV to watch the summer games. The location was perfect with incredible sunset views and only a few blocks down to the beach. Lincoln City Beach was awesome as we were there at extreme morning low tide season which made the four-mile run down to the “Devils Thumb” so nice. The house was within walking distance to downtown Lincoln City shops and restaurants. Best of all, the neighborhood was quiet and was close to some amazing hikes on “The Knoll”, “God Thumb”, and “Cascade Head” trails. We were very impressed with Vacasa customer service. We had some issue with the lock box and dishwasher, but Vacasa was very helpful with phone support and sent someone over to show us how to reset the breaker for the dishwasher. Overall we had a great time at Harbor House!
