The location of this condo is unbeatable; you will be located on the banks of Hawk Creek with the beach mere steps away; there is an access path past the north end of the building past hawk creek cafe.
This riverfront escape has a cozy patio with a couple of chairs, offering a nice spot to take in the views while enjoying a cup of coffee. The living room boasts a comfortable sectional and a large Smart TV with cable. When it comes to entertainment, this retreat is like no other. Apart from the TV, you will have a collection of classic and new DVDs and board games to choose from. When it comes to meal prep, the kitchen has you covered with all major appliances, utensils, and cookware needed. It's also appointed with a dishwasher to clean everything up in the blink of an eye and a Keurig coffee maker.
The bedroom is private and conveniently located at the end of the hallway; it has a flatscreen TV, a convenient desk, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is another full bathroom in the hallway, which also has a tub/shower combo. Additional amenities include access to a community gas grill and a laundromat on site.
