With streamlined furnishings for a clean, open living space, this step-free, ground-level condo is a breath of fresh air for your stay in Neskowin. Beautifully situated for easy access to the beach, village and delicious dining, this home has a private balcony overlooking Hawk Creek. You can sip your morning coffee on the cushioned bench, listen to birdsong and watch the creek bubble its way down to the ocean. Later, stroll over the bridge to a path to the beach, where Proposal Rock, crowned with trees, holds its own against the surf. Play golf on the Neskowin Golf Course, enjoy wood-fired pizza just steps away at Hawk Creek Café, and explore the charming streets of the village. Or jump in the car to arrive in Pacific City or Lincoln City in minutes.

You’ll enjoy a king bedroom suite with a Smart TV and a fully equipped living space, including a compact but full kitchen, dining table, and Smart TV and electric fireplace. A wall of sliders give you creek views and a peek at the ocean, and two futon sofas provide extra sleeping space for guests. Outside, you’ll have access to the Proposal Rock Inn community grilling space and coin laundry. You’ll have all you need for a relaxing, nature-filled stay in Neskowin!

Great place right by the beach

Loved staying here, so close to the beach. The Neskowin Trading Company had wonderful food and coffee, highly recommend!

Great location for swimming in the channel and the open ocean and beach. Would have appreciated a dishwasher, but we did understand it’s a small space. The futons in the living room were ok for the kids, but would be very uncomfortable for teens or adults. The restaurant next door is very good.

Great little place!

Very clean and updated condo. The kitchen was adequate for simple cooking and the location very convenient. Thank you for letting us stay! It really was perfect to celebrate my husband’s birthday.

Wonderful little ocean retreat

The resort has everything you need to enjoy your beach days without needing to head anywhere else. A restaurant, convenience store and Tiilamock ice cream truck are a few steps away from the front door. The quick walk along the creek to the ocean is perfect! We liked that it was located right between Pacific City and Lincoln City as well. Plenty to do with ready access to anything you need.

Second stay here, still great!

Great location, nice set up for a couple and our pups. The kitchen had basic ware, and salt and pepper, but you'll want to come prepared with food/pantry goods - any special utensils/pots/etc that you may need. The small market in town is like a super fancy plaid pantry, good for some staples and wine/sandwiches, but no produce. Just come prepared and you'll have a lovely time! *Good wifi for work, too!

Do not rent this property, it is dirty and smells old. Dog next door barked nonstop. Company that rents the condo is incredibly unhelpful. Will not do business with them in future.
