We hope you enjoyed your stay! Before you head out, we kindly ask that place all bath towels back in their respective bathrooms and ensure Heat n Glo gas fireplace is turned off.
Confirm the back sliding door lock is in the “town” position and fully closed until you hear the latch click. Make sure all exterior doors are locked, including the garage man door, before leaving.
Please ensure all windows are closed prior to checking out to keep the home secure and comfortable. Press the lock button on the bottom right corner of the electronic lockset as you leave the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tampering with Electronic Equipment including Door Locks, Outdoor Security Camera's or Internet Devices will result in a fee of $250, no exceptions

Very clean, spacious and comfortable place for our group of five. Convenient to grocery store and walking path. Comfy mattresses, nice kitchen, and easy access. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful property! Stayed here with my family and parents to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday. Perfect amount of space for all 7 of us. Very well equipped kitchen. My kids had so much fun playing in the basement with a pool table. Great communication with the host. Will book again!

Spacious home with master suite on first floor and three bedrooms on second with bathroom. Family room with very large TV and comfy sofa. Well appointed and laid out kitchen with informal and formal dining areas. Garage parking. Laundry in basement. Great location with supermarket and popular stores nearby. Walking path in neighborhood. It’s a home away from home and lovely place to stay. Host was quick to respond when needed. Would love to stay here again.

Our VRBO stay in Centennial CO, hosted by Nathan of Windward Escapes, was spectacular! Nathan was an absolute joy to work with. His communication before, during and after the stay was unmatched. He checked in to see how everything was going, answered any questions and responded immediately to inquiries and questions. The home was immaculate, comfortable, well appointed, and the perfect place for my family with elementary to high school age children as we visited relatives in the area. The Centennial location was a great central starting point to explore all that the Denver area had to offer including Pike’s Peak, Boulder, Rockies stadium, Botanical Gardens, Rocky Mountain National Park, Breckenridge…I cannot recommend Nathan and Windward Escapes highly enough.
