Beautiful 2-bedroom building with lake view and beach in charming Boyne City
1,Hug deck to sit outside to enjoy lake view. you can watch the fire works on 4th of July on deck. and you can see Poker Run from the deck.
2, Walking distance to Whiting park beach for kayaking and swimming. The dog run right beside. There is Walking trail on other side of beach also. Whiting Park has a barrier-free kayak launch and water access on Lake Charlevoix-great for kayaks, canoes,paddleboards,small boats and carry-in vessels.
3,Just 1 min drive to Summerset Pointe Yacht club/ Marina. There is a great restaurant with very nice water view and GYM.
4, Five mins drive to heart of Boyne city to shopping and dinning.
5, 10 more mins drive to Boyne Mountain to enjoy the Sky Bridage , golf and ski in winter season.
6, Fully fenced back Yard.
