Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. You mentioned issues with the showers. One shower was draining more slowly than normal during your stay, which we addressed promptly. However, both showers were fully operational and available for guest use throughout your visit. We take all guest concerns seriously and investigate them thoroughly. While we understand that every guest’s experience is unique, we were unable to substantiate the claim that a shower was unusable. We remain committed to providing a clean, comfortable, and accurately represented space for our guests and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns.
