Inside, you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped cook’s kitchen fit for a several-day stay. This sunlit Guadalupe District neighborhood gem is rich with Southwestern charm and includes coved ceilings, vigas and beams, original art, and a show-stopper kiva fireplace in the living room.
Beautiful brick and flagstone floors feature radiant heat, keeping the entire home cozy and comfortable in winter. This unique home has one small step into the living area, an additional step into one bedroom and a step down into that bedroom’s bathroom. While these add to its charm, they could pose a challenge to someone who isn’t fully ambulatory.
For the warmer months, there are two private, landscaped outdoor living areas - One has a river rock fountain, and the other a kiva fireplace and large portico for outdoor dining.
The historic Guadalupe District is one of Santa Fe`s most vibrant, pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods. Go for a stroll along the gorgeous Santa Fe River to reach the Plaza or the Railyard, where the city`s fantastic range of bars, shops, and restaurants awaits.
You will receive detailed parking and property access instructions once you`ve booked your stay. You will have access to the entire property, including the garage, but not the owner`s closet.
Casa Lupe features parking for up to a 15-foot-long vehicle in the garage. Another vehicle can park inside the electric gate, and two additional parking spaces are outside it. Please note that the height of the garage entrance is 75 inches.
We are centrally located, and there are excellent ways to get around. There’s also Uber and Lyft.
The Railrunner is a train to and from Albuquerque.
