This spacious, pet-friendly 4-bedroom, 2-bath home comfortably sleeps 12 plus an additional 2 guests on a provided air mattress. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms and a full bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen, and bedroom 3 offers two twin bunk beds (four twins total). All rooms include closets and dressers for your convenience. Also, has luggage rack and laundry baskets available.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you’ll need and more, including a welcome basket, 12-cup coffee maker, Keurig, crock pot, blender, mixer, popcorn maker, and starter set of coffee, sugar, creamer, spices, and oil, along with a cozy dining area. The first floor features two inviting sitting areas, one highlighted by a vaulted sitting area with a fireplace perfect for relaxing evenings.

Downstairs, a spacious finished basement offers a work area, kids’ play area with games, a futon, laundry room with two sets of washer and dryers, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional full bathroom. Traveling with young children? We’ve got you covered with a high chair and pack-and-play onsite.

Step outside to a fully fenced yard, perfect for pets and children to play safely. The large heated garage has been transformed into the ultimate game space, featuring a mini bar, full-size refrigerator/freezer, comfy sitting area with oversized floor pillows, television, Pac-Man, darts, ping pong, Jenga, putting mat, and more! Bright 5,000-lumen shop lights illuminate the space, and an EV car charger adds convenience. Ample driveway and street parking make arrivals and group stays effortless.

Guests will have access to the whole house, private yard and garage. You will not have access to one locked owner closet located in the basement.
