***The Home Owner’s Association for Villamare has voted to begin a pool modernization project set to begin the Fall of 2023. The existing pool reconstruction and the addition of a new pool will begin 10/15/23-3/30/24. The existing beach access will be closed, however, there is beach access at the Disney Beach House next to the Villamare complex.
This updated 4th floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has lovely ocean views. Relax while enjoying the ocean views from one of the two private balconies. The light and beachy living area has space for socializing, while the bedrooms provide private retreats. The renovated kitchen offers granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and seating for two at the breakfast bar. The living room has all-new cortex flooring and features a flat-screen TV, plush furnishings, and a queen sleeper sofa. The master suite offers a private bathroom with upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The 2nd bedroom is outfitted with two queen beds and an updated private bathroom. The views, on-site amenities, and location make this villa perfect for a family getaway.
