Villa with private pool, 90m² and 320m² garden-patio

The Archetypo Villa consists of a main building which may comfortably accommodate 4 adults and a small child . The main building consists of a sitting room, a dining room and two double bedrooms. The dining room has a dinner table with 4 chairs and a traditional couch which may also turn into a bed. On the left lies the first bedroom with a 1.60x2.00 double bed where we can easily place a baby cot or an extra small bed (1.40x 0.70). It goes without saying that there is an air condition in the room. Next to it there is the bathroom with a bathtub. On the right side next to the sitting room lies a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and a kettle (all brand new). Next to the kitchen lies the second bedroom. The bed is 1.45x2.00. It is air conditioned and outside the window there is a patio. The main entrance overlooks the patio, the yard and the swimming pool. On the patio there is an in-built corner couch, a marble dining table made out of Naxian marble and six chairs. The patio is 70 square meters and the yard is 250 square meters.
